As a strategic advisor and executive coach her passion resides in the integration of people and purpose and informed by her experience that a business is successful when the people are at the core of how it operates. Stacey Kulongowski is Founder & CEO of The BND Group. She is an ACC Certified Executive Coach and graduate of The Hudson Institute of Coaching and Michigan State University. She has 25 years of experience in building, leading and coaching high performing leaders and teams.
She is specifically passionate about empowering leaders to navigate challenging career intersections and realizing levels of success they never thought possible. In addition to 1:1 coaching for leaders and emerging leaders, Stacey is an expert in facilitating 360 reviews and group coaching sessions for clients. She also creates customized DEI, leadership and coaching programs to help her clients navigate tumultuous seasons and come out the other side finding their sun!
She is former Director at Google where she built, trained and led large high performing sales teams for 13 years. During this journey, she gained deep experience leading global Women and Diversity initiatives, deploying large scale sales enablement development training, and coaching across all levels.
Prior to working at Google, Stacey navigated an incredibly successful career in advertising spanning across 15 years, 12 cities, and a diversification of teams, clients and industries.
The common thread through all this experience is her expertise in building others up through coaching so that they can live fully in the best version of themselves.
Stacey is a keynote speaker, writer, personal development fanatic, mama of 3 fearless females and is dedicated to sharing her learnings to lift others up on their journey.
